Unique IQ is over the moon at being shortlisted for ‘Business of the Year’ at the Birmingham Awards.

Now in their fifth year, the Birmingham Awards are a collective celebration of the city, bringing together the inspirational and proud individuals and organisations that live and breathe Birmingham.

The Birmingham Awards nomination comes hot on the heels of reaching the finals in two categories of the North Worcestershire Business Awards, along with contending two prestigious national awards for innovation in social care – the LaingBuisson and Leaders in Care awards.
The Redditch-based software firm has enjoyed a successful twelve months, recruiting several new members to the team, expanding its customer base and attracting investment from the Midland Engine Investment Fund – scale-up funding aimed at boosted SME growth in the region.
The investment has helped Unique IQ develop its workforce management technology, which assists businesses with monitoring service delivery by remote teams, particularly in the home care, contract cleaning and facilities management industries.
Winners of the Birmingham Awards will be announced on Saturday 9th November in a ceremony at the Library of Birmingham.
