We are extremely excited to announce that Unique IQ’s care management software has won ‘Best Technology, Data or Software Product or Service’ at this year’s Home Care Awards.
The Home Care Awards, whose ceremony was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak, are the benchmark for business and service excellence in the UK home care sector.
Unique IQ was recognised for a year of significant leaps forward in its digital care management system, driven by strong partnerships with leading home care providers, such as Home Instead Senior Care and Autism Together.
Its IQ:careplanner and IQ:timecard software is helping home care agencies transition from relying on paper-based, manual processes to harnessing the power of innovative digital tools.
Managing Director of Unique IQ, David Lynes, said of the Home Care Awards win: “Having been highly commended for our home care technology in the 2019 awards, it is very satisfying and encouraging to win this year in the ‘Best Technology, Data or Software’ category. It’s well-deserved recognition for the hard work our team have put in over the past 12 months.
We’ve dedicated ourselves to giving the home care sector the technology it needs, listening to providers so that our software supports them to deliver outstanding care. That has been our motivation throughout.”
The win for Unique IQ’s domiciliary care software comes hot on the heels of being named one of the of the most pioneering solutions in home care today, as chosen by readers of Home Care Insight.
It is also the second year that Unique IQ has been in the running for a Home Care Award, having received a High Commendation last year in the same category for ‘Best Technology or Data’.
Also in the running this year were CareLineLive (High Commendation), CarePlanner and eNano Health. A celebration for all winners and nominees in the Home Care Awards is due to be held later in the year.
