SMS Updates for Visit Changes
This new SMS notification feature enables SMS messages to be sent directly to carers to enhance communication and scheduling efficiency. With this update, our customers can instantly notify carers when their schedule is updated, ensuring they stay informed in real-time.
Key situations that the SMS update can help:
- Carer reassignments – Carers receive immediate updates when they’ve been allocated a new visit, reducing confusion and missed visits.
- Time & location updates – Keeps carers informed about any schedule changes without the need for manual calls or messages.

Carer Records – Customisable ‘Information’ Tab
We have introduced a new ‘Information’ tab within carer records, allowing organisations to store and report on additional key data. This update provides greater flexibility in managing essential information and ensures that all relevant details are easily accessible.
