In case you missed our latest product announcement regarding our new feature; Defined Access Rights (DAR), part of our home care management system, IQ:caremanager, we thought we would ask our Founder, David Lynes, to briefly explain exactly what this new functionality can do and why it is so important, especially for multi-service, multi-branch home care agencies.
As David explains in the video we have a number of clients who are using DAR functionality and the feedback has been fantastic with great time efficiencies being seen due to customers now being able to have different reporting views and access – not a workaround in site.
Our team are working on a project to showcase the efficiency savings that our DAR customers are experiencing; as soon as we are ready we will make sure to share our findings.
