You can set the frequency and duration of services for clients, automatically scheduling care visits in the client’s diary. Here you can easily assign carers using our best-match feature, which recommends the most suitable carers based on availability, skill set, location, and the clients’ preferences.

Our rounds feature in IQ:caremanager can then be used to create your own rounds or auto-generate them by area or service type. Once created, visits can be amended individually using our drag-and-drop scheduling tool.

Once published, carers can view the round in our mobile home care app (IQ:timecard), which will also track time, attendance and activity completion in real-time.
